The breakfast offered diverse options. The rooftop bar provided a pleasant space. The hotel spa featured good massage services. I found the restaurant to be excellent for fine dining. It was the best I experienced during my time in Vietnam.

The hotel rooms were super clean. The breakfast included many choices from different cultures (I especially liked the pho station). The staff was courteous. The location is great.
The gym's opening hours were inconvenient, starting at 9 AM. (I like to work out early)

breakfast is lovely with a good range of food. i appreciated the breakfast box for when we went on parts of our tour.
as a result, i couldnt sleep at all because of the constant chainsaw noise at night.

I really liked the hotel! the breakfast was great with lots of choices, the vietnamese bánh mì stood out with its crispy texture and perfect pork and cilantro. the staff were super friendly. I was surprised they remembered our room numbers! kylie was particularly helpful and responded quickly to all my messages, so that was very convenient.
The gym felt a little small. It might get crowded with more than four people using it at once.

The breakfast buffet includes many options. I noticed lots of variety. there were both asian and western dishes. the restaurant downstairs serves very tasty vietnamese food. We loved it. the bánh mì was a highlight.

The room was luxurious. It was also clean and spacious. the air conditioning worked well. the beds were comfortable, so i slept very well. the bathroom included all necessary amenities, and the shower was really nice.

The hotel is close to many attractions. It's in a good spot. i walked to several places. train street is very close by and easily accessible. the area feels very safe for tourists, and you can explore freely.

The room was a letdown. It felt cramped. The bathroom lacked essential amenities. I only found one tiny bottle of shower gel. The breakfast service was frustrating. Items frequently ran out near the end of the breakfast period.
